How long before the loyalty points expire?
Loyalty points are valid for 90 from the day they are credited.
How can I redeem my point on the 'classic' Take a Break Website?
Points can only be redeemed on the the new Desktop, Tablet and Mobile sites. If you are still using the old site you will need to enter the new site by clicking on Play Now in the top right hand corner of the home page, this click on the loyalty crown at the top of the page.
When do the TaBB Reward Points appear in player's accounts?
TaBB Reward points are credited to player accounts in 'real time' so they will appear as soon as theye are earned.
What are the wagering limits on redeemed Bingo/Games Bonuses?
The bonuses only need to be played once before winnings can be withdrawn.

Where do I enter my Bonus Code?
A: Click on the menu at the top left of the screen and select ‘Enter Bonus Code’.

A: You can check your bet history on any desktop computer – just select bet history from the main menu.
Q: How do I view my bonus balance on mobile?
A: Only the cash balance is constantly displayed in the top right corner of the Mobile screen. If you tap on the cash balance your bonus balance will be displayed underneath in the blue area (it will alternate between Bingo Bonus and Other Bonus). If you want to view both Bingo and Other bonus simultaneously just tap on Bingo bonuses in the menu.
Q: Can I view 2 Bingo Rooms on my screen at the same time?
A: Not currently, this is a big piece of work which is already in the pipeline – if everything goes to plan it will be available on the new site for the end of the year. The old site is still available for those of you that like to have a couple on the go.
